Help Build the Story of Home. Donate.

At Habitat, everything we do is designed to build homes, strengthen communities and create hope. We are proud to partner with families who lack access to safe, affordable housing and who have taken the step to build their homes alongside our dedicated staff and volunteers. This partnership keeps construction costs low, which allows families to purchase Habitat homes at a price they can afford. By controlling long-term housing costs, our partner families increase their quality of life and strengthen our communities. We build more than homes. We build bright, financially stable futures.

When you donate to the Building Futures capital campaign, you are making an investment in a family’s future.

If you'd like to focus your gift, please consider donating to one of these options:

Donate to the ReStore

We're excited to announce that a Habitat ReStore will be opening in Dubuque soon. The ReStore will be operated by our local Habitat for Humanity and will accept and sell building materials and merchandise to the public. The ReStore helps divert usable building materials,

appliances, fixtures, and furniture from the landfill and offers quality goods at budget-friendly prices.

When you donate to the ReStore Mini Campaign, you help support sustainable living in our community, help give new life to used materials, and help provide a better life to our partner families because these donations fund our start-up and first-year costs.

Home Construction

When you donate to home construction, you help to create safe, decent and affordable housing for members of our community.
